Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase from you?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account. PayPal only process the payments for us.

Do your prices include VAT and delivery?

All our prices are net, and VAT and delivery are added at check out. In each item description, we also show the price with the VAT included.

What is your shipping policy?

The Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page contain details of our shipping policy. 

DOMESTIC

Body Stands

All body stands (except Violet) are sent via UPS Standard, and are usually delivered the next working day after the dispatch of goods.

Violet is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and is guaranteed to be delivered before 13:00, the next working day after dispatch.

For large orders please contact us to discuss delivery options and prices.

Equipment

Orders of equipment are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes or other couriers. Delivery will usually take 2 - 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

Please contact us to discuss delivery options and prices for orders from outside of the United Kingdom.

How do I arrange for one of your pop-up shops at our location?

We can provide pop-up shops for or Body Stands and equipment, and can tailor equipment packs to your specific needs.  Contact us to discuss your requirements.
