PAYMENT OF ONLINE ORDERS
We accept all major credit or debit cards through Stripe or PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed to use PayPal. We dispatch the goods after the payment is received.
PRICES
All prices apply to online orders only and do not include VAT. VAT at the current rate is added to the order at checkout. All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
DESPATCH
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
Everything is picked, packed and dispatched from our London premises.
We aim to despatch all orders received before 17:00 Monday to Thursday within four working days. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are shipped by the following Thursday (Where Monday is a Bank Holiday, goods are despatched the Friday after the holiday)
BODY STANDS & ARMS, LEGS, HEADS
We despatch full-size body stands within four working days of receiving payment for the order. We ship via UPS or Parcelforce; delivery is usually within two working days after despatch.
Half-Scale body forms are shipped within four days and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or ParcelForce 24.
Arms, legs and heads are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce 24 and are despatched within four working days.

Design-Surgery can refuse or cancel any order at the Company’s discretion.
SHORTAGES, DAMAGED GOODS
If damages or shortages occur, please notify Design-Surgery within 48 hours of receipt. info@design-surgery.co.uk (Please note that goods may be dispatched in multiple parcels.)
RETURNS
If you find fault with an item within a reasonable time after delivery, and subject to confirmation of the fault, we will refund the amount charged for the product and the reasonable cost of returning the goods.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you would like to return any goods to us, please advise us that you wish to return items and the reason why within 14 days of receipt by email to info@design-surgery.co.uk, and we will issue a returns authorisation number to you. Customers are responsible for the goods until they are received back by us.
Under no circumstances should goods be returned to us without a returns authorisation number. We cannot accept returns for goods without prior notification.
REFUNDS
Refunds for returned items will only be issued once returned to our warehouse in the original packaging in a saleable, unused, undamaged condition. The purchase price of the items is refunded to the same card used to purchase them. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. The suitability of a product is deemed to be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for faulty goods will only be issued once our warehouse receives them, including reasonable shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for the goods until they are received back by us.
CONTRACTS AND BULK ORDERS
Customers are requested to apply to the Company for contracts or bulk order quotations.
EXPORT ORDERS
Customers wishing to purchase from outside the UK are requested to email their requirements to info@design-surgery.co.uk, and we will provide a quote for the goods and the shipping cost. Payment is required before shipment unless a credit account is already open.
Please note we only accept payments in GBP. Design-Surgery will not cover extra costs such as international fees, bank charges, exchange rates or interchange fees.
International shipping costs:
We will provide a quote for shipping once you have advised us of your requirements.
COLOUR
Any colours on this site will be affected by the monitor's settings on which they are viewed and can only be an approximation of the actual shade.
